February 4th, 12 noon - 3p.m
A workshop covering application from punching to kicking, stand up and from the floor. This 3 hour class will improve existing skills and Bruce Payne will be teaching new methods from concepts he has been developing over the last few years.
Open to all members and invited friends of Shinkido Martial Arts.

Setting Goals
Did you achieve the goals you set yourself for 2011, or did you take a back step because THINGS got in the way?
At this time of the year many people set goals, some inspired by others, some through self motivation, whichever, it doesn't matter whether the goals set for 2011 where achieved or not, it's to late for that, the past is the past and the future is made up of the footsteps of today.
Shinkido Martial Arts, Evesham opens on Wednesday the 3rd of January, starting the new year with conditioning classes at 6p.m with Karate lessons following.
