KARATE STUDIO - EVESHAM
Shinkido Martial Arts is one of Evesham's longest established martial arts clubs,
founded by Bruce Payne in 2008. Having already taught professionally for at least 10 years previously, he established the club to provide an environment of positive, dynamic learning.
The club continually evolves with modern based methods to ensure that it's members are receiving the best training available.
We have a dedicated team of teachers, led by the dojo’s highly qualified Chief Instructor, Bruce Payne.
Every student is treated with respect and trained as an individual, rather than
being simply a number in a class.
Karate has long been proven to develop character, self belief and confidence as well as fitness and health, along with, importantly the ability to defend oneself in the event of a confrontational situation.
Our club in the heart of Evesham, offers professional tuition, in the martial arts
styles of Karate and Iaido (Japanese Sword). Shinkido Karate encompasses blocking, striking and kicking techniques, along with Jiu Jitsu making it a very modern, rounded system.
Come along and join in, we offer a free two week introductory period for you to experience our training methods. We don't promise it will be easy, we do promise to give you our best attention.
If your interested in pursuing a healthy lifestyle including; Fitness, wellbeing,
self development while developing self defence and confidence then
Shinkido Martial Arts Karate Dojo is the right place for you.
At Shinkido Martial Arts we strive to help students get the most out of their training.
For students with consistency and dedication, Karate becomes a life-style and students can readily enjoy all the benefits of Karate or the “Open Hand Art”.
Working with the assumption that Karate must be embraced as a lifelong journey, Bruce Payne has designed an effective learning plan or program of study that allows students to naturally progress from the White Belt to the Black Belt.
All Shinkido Martial Arts Karate students have the dream of becoming a Black Belt, however, this is not an easy goal and a lot of consistency and dedication is required. Shinkido Martial Arts Karate programs are structured logically to keep students motivated to learn, practice and perform.
A typical Shinkido Martial Arts Karate student starts with a free introductory class, where he or she
will learn the overall self-defense strategy of Karate and afterwards enrol in the
Shinkido Fundamentals Program.
When the level of Green Belt (3rd Grade) is achieved, the student will be recommended to join the Advanced Karate Program which continues to Black Belt.
Karate is a beautiful art, everyone is capable of learning it and enjoying its many benefits.
Shinkido Martial Arts Karate Programs reflect more than thirty years of Bruce Payne's learning and teaching experience and have succeeded in improving the quality of life, self-esteem, discipline and health of individuals around Evesham, the Cotswolds and the West Midlands.
